Disabled Can Play Games, Sony Launches Control Device for PS 5
Sony launches PS 5 controller for gamers with physical limitations. So, those who have difficulty holding the stick, can still play PlayStation 5.

Playing games is something that is fun for some people. Unfortunately, health problems or physical limitations can prevent some people from experiencing this excitement.
To overcome this problem, Sony launched the Project Leonardo PlayStation 5 controller kit for gamers who have physical limitations.
So, those who have limited motor control, such as difficulty holding a stick, pressing small buttons or placing their fingers in the right position, can still play PlayStation 5.
On the first day of CES (5/01/23), tafansa.id quoted via the official PlayStation blog that Sony announced their latest steps to make this game more accessible through Project Leonardo for PlayStation 5.
Project Leonardo is still under development. Collaborating with organizations that facilitate people with disabilities, Sony developed a control tool that can be adjusted according to the user's needs and comfort.
Project Leonardo is present and can be removed and installed. The distance between the analogue stick and the gamepad is so that the user can adjust the location of the controls on the stick themselves.
"These components can be adjusted to the strength, range of movement and physical needs of the user," wrote Sony.
"This Project Leonardo can be used directly or installed on other devices, such as additional Project Leonardo devices or wireless DualSense, with a maximum of two each," he added.
Apart from that, with accessories made by third parties, this device can also be connected with a 3.5-millimeter AUX.
Unfortunately, even though it has developed such a good breakthrough, on August 25 2022, Sony Group Corp announced an increase in the price of the PlayStation 5 game console. This is the impact of recent world economic pressures.
"The price of the disk drive version of the console has increased to 549.99 euros in Europe, from previously 499.99 euros," said Sony, quoted by Tafansa.id via Reuters.
In fact, this console price increase also applies in Japan, and the price of the PlayStation 5 has also increased in the UK. However, this is not the case in the United States, where console prices tend to be stable.
Released at the end of 2020, interest in the PlayStation 5 is quite high. However, this is not offset by the chip crisis. So, this rare console on the market makes the price of this object more expensive.
"2022 is the right time to produce more PS5 units to close the PlayStation 4 production gap," Sony said last May.
The PlayStation 4 console is still being produced because there are more components available than the PlayStation 5.
